From sleep and hormones to nutrition, mindset and energy – I’ll help you stay on track, one step at a time.
There are 3 main stages: Perimenopause (hormones fluctuate, symptoms begin), Menopause (12 months no period), and Postmenopause (after menopause). A symptom quiz or tracking your cycle can help you identify your stage.
You may notice changes like irregular periods, sleep problems, anxiety, fatigue, or brain fog – even if you're still having cycles. These are often the first signs.
Hormone levels remain low, and periods have stopped. You may still experience symptoms like hot flushes or joint pain, but now it’s about protecting your long-term health – especially bones, heart, and brain.
Yes – many women experience a peak of symptoms in late perimenopause, especially if sleep, stress or blood sugar are out of balance. With the right support, things improve.
Absolutely. Lower oestrogen affects brain chemicals like serotonin and dopamine – leading to mood swings, anxiety, low motivation or forgetfulness.
Falling oestrogen shifts fat storage to the midsection. It also affects insulin, sleep and cortisol – all of which can influence belly fat.
Perimenopause can last 4–10 years. Menopause itself is one point in time (12 months no period), and postmenopause continues for life – but symptoms don’t have to!
Yes – ovulation is irregular, but possible. If avoiding pregnancy, continue contraception until 12 months after your final period (or 2 years under age 50).
Start small. Sleep and gut health are powerful foundations. One calming ritual, one nourishing meal, one walk a day – your reset starts here.
